Prerequisite: None Th e Basic Nursing Assistant Training Program meets the requirements of Nebraska State Law mandating that all individuals working as nurses aides in a hospital or long term care facility complete a 75-hour training course. Th e course requires 45 hours of classroom and 31 hours of skills training in emergency, cleanliness, safety, human anatomy, family relationships and death. Basic nursing skills are taught.
