Students will learn to spot errors in spelling, punctuation, usage and style; as well as how to correct them. Th is course will concentrate on physician dictated clinic notes. Th is course includes all types of inpatient and emergency room medical records including radiology, pathology, discharge summaries, operative reports, emergency room reports, progress notes, physical therapy reports, cardiac catherizations, EEGs and all other hospital-generated records.
