CMIS 441: Computer and Management Information Systems Internship

Prerequisite: 45 hours of completed coursework, minimum GPA 2.0? Permission of the Dean of the School of Professional Studies. This program is designed for students with a major in Computer and Management Information Systems to gain work experience related to the major and career goals. Students enroll for 112 hours of graded credit. A minimum of forty (40) hours of work experience is required for every hour of credit per semester. The student completes necessary paperwork with the employer and the School of Professional Studies office. The student's work is supervised and monitored by the Dean of the School of Professional Studies. A final paper is prepared at the conclusion of theinternship.
