Theemphasis is on the concept of a systems development life cycle (SDLC) and the methods for managing the tasks associated with each phase of the cycle. Students prepare several written reports describing different aspects of the development of a computer system. Written guidelines for these reports are presented and thoroughly discussed in class. Papers are evaluated for form and style as well as content.
