Prerequisite: Microsoft Word 2016: Part 1.

Provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to create and develop Excel worksheets and workbooks in order to work with and analyze the data that is critical to the success of an organization. Upon completion of this course students may start using Microsoft Office Excel 2016, perform calculation, modify a worksheet, print workbooks, and manage workbooks. Prerequisites: Basic computer knowledge.

Upon completion of this course students are able to work with functions and lists, analyze data, visualize data with charts, use PivotTables and PivotCharts. Prerequisite: BLMW 028 Microsoft Excel 2016 Level I.

Upon completion of this course students are able to work with multiple worksheets and workbooks. Use Lookup functions and formula auditing, share and protect workbooks, automate workbook functionality, create spark lines and map data. Forecast data. Upon completion of this course students are able to to navigate within the Microsoft Access application environment; create a simple database and customize Access configuration options; organize and manage data stored within Access tables; use queries to join, sort and filter data from different tables; use forms to make it easier to view, access and input data; and create and format custom reports.

Upon completion of the course students are able to design a relational database; join tables to retrieve data from unrelated tables; validate data entered into a database; use advanced queries to manipulate your data; organize a database for efficiency and performance and to maintain data integrity; and customize reports to organize the displayed information and produce specific print layouts. Prerequisite: BLMW 031 031 ??? Microsoft Access 2016 Level I.

Upon completion of the course students are able to identify basic features and functions of PowerPoint 2016; develop a PowerPoint presentation; perform advanced text editing operations; add graphical elements, tables and charts to a presentation; modify objects in a presentation; and prepare to deliver a presentation. . Prerequisites: Basic computer knowledge.

Provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to customize the Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 application and effectively create, collaborate, secure and distribute complex multimedia presentations for a variety of situations. Upon completion of the course students are able to modify the PowerPoint environment; customize design templates and a slide show; add SmartArt and math equations to a presentation; work with media and animations; collaborate on a presentation. Prerequisite: BLMW 034 - Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2016 Level 1.
