Prepares an individual to take the Tanker endorsement portion of the Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Class A or B permit exam. This online course teaches students the correct procedures for properly inspecting tank vehicles to ensure safety, skills and concerns specific to driving a tank vehicle safely, and review the safe driving rules as they apply to driving tanks.

This online course prepares an individual for the Passenger endorsement portion of the CDL Class A or B permit exam. Students will review vehicle inspections and identify items specific to passenger vehicles and how to complete a proper safety inspection of a passenger vehicle, identify safe practices for loading passenger vehicles and safety guidelines for passengers, demonstrate an understanding of passenger supervision throughout your trip and safe driving practices and understand laws and regulations specific to transporting passengers on the highways.

This classroom based course is designed to prepare entry- level drivers for the Commercial Driver's Learner's Permit exam. The Commercial Driver's Learner's Permit is legally required for training in commercial vehicles.

Covers powered industrial truck safety features and requirements, vehicle operations, vehicle stability, loading and unloading, and driving rules and regulations. Other topics covered include surface and environment conditions, operator inspections and maintenance, load compositions, and common hazards. This training satisfies the OSHA Safety requirement for classroom training. Successful completion of this course results in a Forklift Certificate, However, students must also choose one or more vehicles for practical operator skills before they are licensed.

Provides students with the opportunity to earn their initial forklift operator's license or recertification for the traditional sit-down powered industrial truck. This recertification course covers proper safety procedures including OSHA requirements, restrictions and limitations, surface and environment identification, common hazards, load compositions and operator inspection and maintenance. Students who have not completed within the past six (6) months or who are not co-currently enrolled in TRLW 019 ??? Forklift Training Prep Class, will not be permitted to enroll in this course. Prerequisite/Co-requisite: TRWL 019 ??? Forklift Training Prep Class.

This course will cover the basics of working in today's exciting and fast-paced logistics industry. From warehousing to shipping and distribution centers, logistics shaping the world we live and work in, and this class will help prepare students to enter this growing field. Students will spend time in both the classroom and the warehouse learning the essentials of logistics: safety and ergonomics, inventory management, procurement and receiving operations, stocking, order fulfillment, packaging, shipping and transportation, as well as material handling and equipment. Students will also receive hands- on training, practice, and certification in industrial truck and forklift operation 4 different types of lifts: sit down forklift, order picker , electric walkie pallet jack, and the high reach.

Provide a course of study to prepare students seeking to obtain a Class A or Class B Commercial Driver???s License (CDL) or upgrade from Class B to a Class A CDL, as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Prerequisite requirement for Class A or Class B CDL hands-on training includes: complete the CDL Theory A/B module by successfully passing the required written assessment (exam) with a minimum score of 80%, must be 18 years of age or older; possess a DOT Medical Examiner certificate; obtain a Class A or Class B Commercial Learners Permit (CLP) with General Knowledge, Combination Vehicle and Air Brakes endorsements; pass a regulated drug screen AFTER obtaining a CLP, and be registered on the FMCSA???s Training Providers Registry
