The course emphasizes project management functions, which are applied to a written project management plan, and includes analysis that determines the necessary parts, materials, tools, equipment, and manpower required to complete a project. In addition, the course covers estimates of material and equipment needs, manpower time estimates, purchase orders, worksheet development, and sequential scheduling of activities.
