Provides students with a practical knowledge of the business of graphic design for print or web/multimedia. This course focuses on acquiring an internship, freelance work, and becoming productive and conversant designer. In addition, this course addresses intellectual property rights and working with third parties and clients. Enrollment is restricted to students in the Graphic and Interactive Design AAS program. A course fee is required. Prerequisite: ART 109, 143, and 144 with grades of C or higher; Corequisite: ART 145 and 140.
