This course is designed to introduce students to international business practices in a method that couples traditional classroom learning with the experience of foreign travel,use of communication technology in multiple forms, and direct communication with business managers in the region of study. Using teleconferencing, e-mail, PowerPoint and Internet skills will be necessary in this course. The region of study may change with each offering, allowing a student to take this class more than once for credit.The course is open to all majors interested in a two-week international travel experience focused on global business strategies and cultural awareness.
