An introduction to statutory and administrative regulations governing business conduct for retail managers and operators of small businesses. Emphasis is placed on points of business law pertaining to contracts, negotiable instruments, employment, sales of goods, property rights and responsibilities. (F, Sp, Su)

A broad overview and introduction to the various legal aspects of doing E-Business in America. Topics include government regulations, copyrights, fraud, contracts, etc. as they apply and are used in the EBusiness world. (F, Sp)

Marketing mix, consumer behavior, market segmentation, targeted marketing, and distribution will be discussed as applied in the E-Business world.
