The applied research project may consist of: 1) a creative project (directing, designing, scripting, performing), or 2) an internship with a host company or agency. For the nonthesis project, students must design specific educational and social as well as artistic objectives and appropriate assessment measures in consultation with the advisor. Students may choose to report on the applied research project for their required research report. Graded Pass/Not Pass only.
