Students will be given the opportunity to observe the cognitive, physical, social, emotional, and creative development of young children and will receive hands-on experience working with young children in infant/toddler or preschool classrooms. Students will observe and document the curriculum, materials, and teaching methods of a developmentally appropriate early childhood program and will assist teachers in classroom activities.
