Prerequisite: ITE 111 & 112. Current flow in doped semiconductors, PN junctions, bipolar junction transistors, and single-staffed amplifiers. Emphasis is placed on current control with PN Junction, and on recognition of and characteristic of the three basic amplifier configurations. (F)
