Course Description: This course explores a variety of algebra topics, though in a more thorough and in-depth way than an intermediate-level algebra course. Topics include: Functions and graphing, including polynomial, rational, exponential, and logarithmic, systems of equations, matrices, inverse matrices, and determinants, partial fractional decomposition, conic sections, sequences and series, and the binomial theorem. Pre-Requisite(s): Within the last year, MATH 1010 must have been taken with at least a C grade, or appropriate placement.
