Student-Initiated Projects include plays, collaborative performance art, multidisciplinary mixed-media events, exhibits, music and dance performances developed and executed entirely by the student. Students will execute all aspects of creating the project ┐ artistic, production design, marketing, organizational structure, budgeting, ticket sales, web design, fundraising, etc..

Declared Fine Arts major and approved project

Study of jazz styles associated with a particular city including a weeklong field trip to that city. Participation in the field trip is required. May be repeated once when the city is different, with departmental approval. Extra fees will be charged to pay for the trip. Cross-listed as MUS 4301. Credit may not be earned for both.
