An introduction to business law, with special emphasis on the legal and ethical environment of business, both domestic and international. Topics include a description of the American legal system, crimes, torts, contracts, agency and legal liability, business organizations, and governmental regulations. BA 3300 may be waived upon completion of HUM 3310 or CJ 3300.
