A study of law of agency, including principal-agent and master-servant relationships, the authority of an agent, the termination of an agent's authority, the fiduciary and other duties of the agent, employment law, deceptive trade practices, listing or buying procedures, and the disclosure of an agency. Three hours credit. A study of law of agency, planning and organization, operational policies and procedures, recruiting, selection and training of personnel, records and control, and real estate firm analysis and expansion criteria. Forty-eight contact hours.

One hour credit. Concepts and principles for basic nursing care, health promotion, and illness/injury prevention in test situations with diverse client simulations across the lifespan. Includes knowledge, judgment, skills, and professional values within a legal/ethical framework. Sixteen classroom hours. Prerequisites: RNSG 1215, 1205, 1309 and 1462, RNSG 1208, ENGL 1301, PSYCH 2301, BIOL 2401 and 2402.

Two hours credit. Study of the concepts and principles essential for demonstrating competence in the performance of nursing procedures. Topics include knowledge, judgment, skills, and professional values within a legal/ethical framework. Sixteen hours of lecture and sixty-four hours of lab experiences. Prerequisites: BIOL 2401 and 2402, RNSG 1208, ENGL 1301, PSYCH 2301, Co-requisite: RNSG 1462 and BIOL 2402. Lab fee.
