    This course acquaints the student with the principles, procedures and theory underlying all appraisals, and demonstrates their application to basic residential appraisal problems. In addition to emphasis on detached single-family residential appraisals, the student will also become acquainted with the URAR (FNMA 1004) appraisal form and format. This is the most common form used in U. S. Appraisals. To begin, one should follow the tips that will be discussed in the "Nail that Interview" class and be on the way to interviewing with positive results. This three session course will address the steps necessary to learn about the company, prepare for interview questions and how to give the appropriate answers, dress for success and follow up after the interview. This course will conclude with a dress rehearsal focusing on posture, dress, eye contact, as well as, both verbal and nonverbal cues, that will impress the employer and greatly enhance your chances to win that job. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own specific situations to the class. This course is based on hundreds of interview experiences, the good, the bad, and the ugly, on the part of the instructor.
