    This course is designed to give the student advanced methods of cake decorating. The Advanced Wilton Method of Cake Decorating class is developed to build on the skills the student learned in the basic beginning Wilton Method of Cake Decorating course. The student will be introduced to more techniques to make your cake even more impressive. The student will master fondant icing, fondant cake ornaments, string work, ruffles, embroidery, lace, tiered cakes and new borders featuring rosettes, reverse shells and rope designs will be displayed. The student will also learn to create new flowers like rosebuds, daisies, daffodils, mums, and more, while learning more advanced techniques in Feathered Frosting, Lattice, and Basket-weaving for a grand finale. Prerequisite: Wilton Method of Cake Decorating.
