It covers the requirements for capacity, construction, access, use, fall protection and falling object protection when working on scaffolds. It pinpoints specific types of scaffolds in use and applies additional requirements for working safely with them. It also provides safety requirements for extensible boom platforms, aerial ladders, articulating boom platforms, vertical towers, and a combination of such devices.     This course is designed to present current issues and regulations concerning indoor air quality and its effect on health. It covers the emerging issues/concerns about indoor air quality, and in particular, the heightened concerns related to contaminants suspected of causing illness. The Mid-South Chapter of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) assisted in developing this training activity to provide a forum for the latest information. A variety of professionals will discuss NIOSH and EPA regulatory aspects, health effects of poor indoor air quality, and new initiatives of these agencies.
