Also covered are the Advanced Draw and Edit Commands: Block, Hatch, Dimensioning, Block Editing & Attributes. Misc.     0 Credits Undeclared division Defensive Driving Courses Prevent and avoid accidents through techniques developed and updated by the National Safety Council and approved by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. This six-hour class allows you to save 10% on auto liability, no-fault, and collision insurance premiums for three years. You also receive a reduction of up to 4 points on your driving record toward points accumulated prior to class completion. Please bring your NYS Driver's License or Permit to class. You may bring a lunch requiring no refrigeration. ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Registration and full payment must be received by 10:00 am of the business day prior to the class start date. REMINDER: You MUST BE ON TIME for this class. NYS DMV requires all students attend and complete all 6 hours, therefore anyone who is late will not be admitted.

According to the Institute for Traffic Safety Management and Research, participation in the program has proven to reduce the rate of DWI reconviction. Eligibility and program entry can be established only through the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles following a DWI/DWAI conviction.

    0 Credits Undeclared division Driver Education Program The driver training program, which is approved by the New York State Education Department, is a 48-hour course. Included are six hours of behind-the-wheel instruction, 18 hours of in-car observation, and 24 hours of classroom training and orientation. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate which may allow you a reduction on your auto insurance. This program is administered in cooperation with an area auto school. To register, you must be at least 16 years of age, possess a learner's permit, and have completed a Registration/Application/Consent slip form. Note: Driving time is arranged at the orientation. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
