Functional keyboard skills such as scales, arpeggios, chord progressions, harmonization, transposition, sight reading, score reading, accompanying, and performance of keyboard literature will be developed to give students the necessary tools to be successful for the keyboard proficiency degree requirement and in their chosen profession. This course enhances the continued development of fundamental skills introduced in MUSC A138 and incorporates skill appropriate keyboard literature for practice and performance.
