(Prereq: HIST A302 or POLI A302 and consent of the instructor) Students enrolled in this course will learn advanced trial technique, legal theory, legal history, and case construction through participation in USCA's Mock Trial Team. This course is repeatable for credit with the instructor's permission; under normal circumstances, students must have completed last year's mock trial season to be eligible for re-enrollment.
