One of our premiere programs used by many local companies and businesses as their sole supervisory development program, this program includes simulations to allow you to practice your supervisory skills. The program is composed of 10 three-hour modules for a convenient schedule. Each component has been carefully selected based upon feedback we received from area businesses and industries. Join us at our main campus in Dryden for this series and work with other supervisors in the area to develop your supervisory skills in a relaxed environment. All workshops will be facilitated by Robert R. Stezzi. You may enroll in just one or two sessions, but if you are looking for a comprehensive supervisory development program, we encourage you to enroll in the entire series.

FDC can be an alternative to a college degree or a supplement to formal education in social work, human development and related fields. The curriculum is designed by Cornell University, endorsed by NYS, and nationally recognized. Successful completion results in NYS credential through Cornell University. FDC is an integrated learning experience involving classroom and field service components. The intention is to move participants and their organizations towards an empowerment approach to human and organizational relationships emphasizing strengths, prevention, collaboration and self-determination. The 10 classroom modules incorporate 90 hours of interactive, participatory learning. Field advisors assist workers in exploring principles, testing skills, demonstrating competencies, and completing the portfolio required for credentialing.
