This two-session workshop is meant to give non-designer, tips, tricks, and creative projects to boost the design quality of their publications. After this workshop, you will understand the basic concepts of proximity, alignment, repetition, and contrast as well as the basics of typography. You will need to know InDesign and should have taken, at least, Level One of InDesign before taking this workshop. The workshop will be run through hands-on, in-class projects with small example lectures/demonstrations to introduce the basic concepts peppered throughout. Prerequisite: InDesign Level I or equivalent knowledge
