AutoCAD Release 2000 will be used, and basic drawing, editing, and filing commands will be covered. Although the course is designed for beginners, students with basic skills will also benefit. You will learn how to: -draw setup -draw commands and erase -modify a drawing -create a drawing file NOTE: Workshop is limited to ten participants.

You Will Learn To: use Cascading Style Sheets to control your formatting build various links on a single graphic convert a PowerPoint Presentation into a Web site password protect your page create "mouse rollover" graphics and form buttons with JavaScript handlers use special tips and tricks to enhance your Web page Prerequisite: Introduction to Windows and Creating a Web Page or equivalent (body text, links, color, web graphics, and tables).

    Photoshop, Level I introduces the must-have software skills and shows how to use those skills to create exceptional graphics and illustrations for print and web graphics. In this workshop, you will learn how to use retouching tools to color and modify digital images. This course also covers selection tools and techniques to isolate parts of the image and then optimize image quality. You will learn to work with layers, canvas size, image size, and resolution. Photoshop Level I is an excellent workshop for graphic designers, videographers, photographers, those working on print and web projects, or anyone interested in improving the quality of their digital images. Prerequisite: Word Level I or equivalent.

    Continue to explore and discover the power and versatility of Computer Assisted Drafting. Learn to draft with AutoCAD 2000/2000i in 3D! Topics include wire frame and surface modeling, 3D viewing methods, and the use of UCS (User Coordinate Systems). This class is for students who have completed AutoCAD Level I and II, (or have equivalent experience) and who wish to expand their versatility by exploring 3D within mechanical or architectural drafting. Prerequisite: Intermediate AutoCAD or equivalent experience.

    You will become acquainted with components of VBA programming by building simple applications. These components include the Visual Basic Editor, the Visual Basic Toolbox, and standard controls. Work with VBA programming structures and debugging tools. You will also learn how to declare constants and variables, perform error handling, and write custom functions. Prerequisites: Experience with Windows 95/98/NT. Prior programming experience is strongly recommended.
