Knowledge and practice in individual and team sports and group recreational activities. Offerings include swimming, bowling, skating, basketball, volleyball, biking, golf, nutrition/fitness, jogging, pickle-ball, softball, floor hockey, weight training, badminton, soccer, and tennis. Classes meet one hour each week; two semesters are required for graduation. Physical education requirements are waived for students who are 25 years old when first enrolled, for students who present a physician's recommendation to the registrar, or for veterans eligible for G.I. educational benefits.

Biblical and secular models for leadership. Examines leadership qualities, styles, relational skills, spiritual gifts, and group dynamics with a special emphasis on women in leadership.

This course is in conjunction with PM 608 Ministry Management and Development. Focus will be on expanding and examining critical areas of management including legal issues, financial analysis, financial forecasting, management system analysis, and personnel selection.

Applies biblical principles of management to the functional operation of the church and mission organization. Presents an introduction to critical components of ministry management including finance and budgeting, problem analysis, managing change, delegating, church legal issues, government compliance and taxation, and fundraising via planned giving.
