Private instructions in piano, organ, voice, strings, wind or percussion instruments is primarily for music majors, but open to all students as an elective. One half-hour lesson per week per hour of credit. Performance in recital is a requirement for all music majors and minors; all students enrolled will perform before a faculty jury before a final grade is issued. May be repeated for credit. All students enrolled in applied lessons must enroll in MUAP 1100 or MUAP 1101. (1 credit hour, 0 lecture hours, 32 lab hours)
