Examination of the ways information technology may be used to facilitate instruction. Topics include design and production of instructional material, educational use of computer application tools, software and hardware evaluation, lesson development incorporating technology, instruction to multimedia authoring and equity issues of computers. (One hour lab is required) (Prerequisite: CIS 1003 and admission to Teacher Education; must be taken before EDUC 3334 and EDUC 3002 or concurrently)
