This course provides instruction in the basic organizational structures of the human body and the cellular make up of the body and the body's tissues. It includes a study of how the body works as a whole to integrate different systems and how they work together. The course covers the skeletal, muscular, nervous, circulatory, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, and endocrine systems. Offered at WWTC

This course introduces the student to the principals of aseptic technique in relationship to basic operating room skills such as scrubbing, gowning, gloving, sterilization, and operating room sanitation. This course introduces the student to neurology surgery, thoracic surgery, cardiovascular peripheral vascular surgery, and pediatric and trauma surgery. It prepares the student for setting up back table and mayo stand for these different surgical procedures. Offered at WWTC
