Prerequisites: C or better in ITE 0308, 390. The students will demonstrate the role of a contractor through the design and construction phases of a construction project. they will be responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling labor and material. they will also work with equipment utilization, cost estimation and pricing, cost control, and accounting throughout the various phases of a construction project. (Lecture and lab combined)

The course will explore the curriculum content, demonstrations, math labs, hands-on lab and tests.
