3 credits (Intermittently) The focus of this course is to instruct the student in the awareness of the body used in the theatre performance style. This is done through understanding, practicing, and executing the basic technical moves of this form of dance. The vocabulary of stops and moves are taught carefully so that the student can learn, appreciate, and understand how the body and muscles work together for a fluid and strong performance.
