Issues confronting today's fire and emergency services include legal and civil liability, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance, workers compensation, physical abilities testing, negligence, discrimination and sexual harassment. These are but a few of the pivotal issues confronting today's fire and emergency services.
