Where cardiovascular, pulmonary, or metabolic disease are indicated. Prerequisite: Completion of all coursework. Cardiovascular, pulmonary or metabolic disease. Field experience of at least 240 hours. The student will work in an approved agency in which there is opportunity to apply and extend knowledge of all theoretical concepts. Observation by a faculty member is combined with onsite supervision. Specific goals, procedures, and evaluation techniques are developed for each intern. Application and approval by faculty advisor is mandatory before registration.
