Topics include: constitutional safeguards, role of the Supreme Court, due process, search and seizure of persons and property, self-incrimination and confessions, right to counsel, and pre-trial and trial processes. Law and the legal structure in its social context. Development, enforcement, and interpretation of law; emphasis on the American governmental system. Reciprocal effects of law and the society in which it develops; comparative analysis. For pre-law, criminal justice, and political science students, as well as for sociology majors.(Y)

Topics include: manipulation of cells, rows, columns, functions, worksheets, formulas and functions, formatting spreadsheets, sorting tables, printing, and creating charts.
