Students will gain an understanding of the newer features, limitations, and enhanced productivity associated with the operation of a micro-based computer aided drafting and design system (CAD). AutoCAD software is the focus of this course. Students will use the computer to produce a variety of simple and moderately complex technical drawings. Students will learn to create multi-view drawings, manage files and plot finished drawings.
