This session will review teller procedures, which are related to compliance with federal regulations. Tellers will review the various laws and regulations that have been created to protect the public and to help make banking safe, fair, affordable and efficient. Various regulations and laws that will be covered are EFT; TISA; CRA; HMDA; BSA; Reg D; RFPA; and lobby signs and notices.

This course is designed for motorcyclists with at least 3000 miles and 1-year experience riding. Upon successful completion of the course you will be issued a certificate enabling you to have your motorcycle license issued to you without a RMV Road test. Students must use their own motorcycles (which are properly insured, registered and inspected) and pass an instructor's pre-ride check. A copy of the pre-ride check will be mailed to students. Course covers: rider and motorcycle preparation, advanced street riding strategies, traction management, advanced cornering, braking and swerving techniques, danger of impaired riding and basic skills review. Although conflict is inevitable, it can be minimized, diverted or resolved. This is where your leadership skills come into play. In this session you will learn the fundamentals of conflict, identify blocks to resolving conflict, examine ineffective ways of managing conflict and explore ways to analyze conflict. Most importantly you will learn why, as a leader, you play a key role in managing conflict.
