We know that people can successfully acquire new skills during adulthood which can assist them is resolving problems and conflicts at work. Participants will learn to analyze their own conflict resolution style, and will learn concrete skills that can be used to manage their own disputes, thereby, developing a more positive and productive work climate.

    Any group of people working together will experience situations of conflict. Learning to manage and resolve situation conflict has become an essential tool in effective management. This course will explore the nature and dynamics of conflict, assertive communication, preferred styles for dealing with conflict, fairness issues and the value of joint problem-solving to produce win-win situations. You will learn to identify the five typical responses to conflict and how to diagnose, plan, prepare and implement an effective action plan to resolve conflict constructively.
