Attendance at a Psychological Convention may meet all or part of the required hours. Fifteen lecture hours for one credit. (May be repeated for a maximum of three credits.) (formerly PSY 291; formerly Practicum) A protracted field work experience in an authorized agency suited to the student's career objectives and interests. Student's activities will be supervised by a member of the department, who will also determine the specific requirements of the course. One lecture hour per week and 60 hours field experience or 90 hours field experience for each three credits. *With the Chairperson's approval, a student who has 15 credits in non-field Psychology electives may take up to 9 credits Practicum. Prerequisites: Satisfactory department completion of at least 18 credits in Psychology. (Offered Fall and Spring) 3-9 credits
