Students are expected to learn how to gather, organize, and write a variety of news stories, feature, editorials, and reviews. Special emphasis is placed on how to develop story ideas, and how to become a good interviewer and editor. Students will produce the student newspaper and learn by hands-on work and coaching with each issue.
