This course deals with Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) programs and techniques to develop projects using computer technology. Proper use, safety, and problem solving when using computer programming and computer-controlled machining is explored. The program integrates CAD and CAM in the development of Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) programs used by various machines . Prerequisite: ETEC 153 or permission of instructor.
