(Prerequisite: MSHS 670) This course is designed to introduce students to the force-motion relationships within the musculoskeletal system and the various techniques used to understand these relationships. Topics include the biomechanics of major joints, tissues, and structures of the musculoskeletal system such as bone, cartilage, tendon, ligament, nerve, and muscle. The student will utilize the concepts learned to investigate the injuries in specific sports.
