AVO 213: Instrument Rating Stand-Alone Laboratory A

Six hours per week. Prerequisite: FAA Private Pilot Certificate earned prior to enrollment at JU; pre- or corequisite: AVS 202. This course is for students who have earned their Private Pilot Certificate prior to enrolling at JU. Course of instruction to introduce the knowledge and develop the basic instrument skills necessary to become a instrument rated pilot. The allocated time for this new course is 26 flight/simulator hours (dual). Course fee: $5591; actual cost varies with student performance.
