Includes dramatism, semiotics, narrative theory, reader-oriented criticism, feminist criticism and others. Examines public relations tools and practices, ranging from preparing and conducting a public relations program, setting up a news conference, establishing and running a speaker bureau, designing and producing a brochure and editing an employee newsletter.
