Includes an individual fitness evaluation, computerized analysis of results, and a prescribed exercise program. Focuses on the basic components of fitness including flexibility, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and body composition. The primary mode of training is Aerobic Circuit Training. The circuit training is supplemented with additional work on the specialized weight machines, dumbbells, treadmills, rowers, stair climbers, cross trainers, Nordic track, versa climbers, and running track available in the Fitness Center. Prerequisite: PED 111.
