Students will have the opportunity to develop a personal coaching philosophy that will encompass ethical and professional expectations in the field of coaching. The Human Performance Lab in the Department of HPPE is a planned, meaningful work experience. The lab is academic in nature, since academic credit is awarded for the experience.
