Included are instruments of real estate finance, source of financing, techniques of loan orgination and servicing, plus the role of the federal and state governments. Prerequisite: REC 100, 103, and 140. Strongly recommended: SPCH 100. This course is the study and implementation of MIDI technology in the audio recording industry. The course covers standard software sequencers, controllers, modules, soft-synths and applications of the technology in the industry. 54 lecture hours, 36 lab hours.
