Through placement with a television or radio station, an advertising or public relations agency, a video production company or in another communication setting, the student will have an opportunity to learn and apply advanced communications skills. Students are required to submit a written proposal to communications faculty. Interviews for summer placements are arranged by faculty, and students are selected by the internship supervisors. Faculty will collaborate regularly with internship supervisors to evaluate the progress of the student. Normally students do not receive pay for internships.
