An examination of the national security process, regional studies, advanced leadership ethics, and Air Force doctrine. Special topics of interest focus on the military as a profession, officership, military justice, civilian control of the military, preparation for active duty, and current issues affecting military professionalism. Communication skills are honed within this structure. Leadership labs ARO 4010L & ARO 4020L include dispensing interviews, guidance, and information which will increase the understanding, motivation, and performance of other cadets. Physical fitness regimen and testing also required. Three hours of classroom and three hours of lab per week. 4013 & 4010L offered fall semester 4023 & 4020L offered spring semester
