The Writing Specialization Seminar involves a semester-long writing/editing project tailored to the interests of individual students. Ideally, each project puts to use skills and knowledge acquired via other courses within the minor. Individual and class conferences are held, and short reports are due weekly. Projects can encompass a wide variety of interests and needs from the individual (creative writing) to the community-based (technical writing).
